The Embassy of Georgia to the Kingdom of Belgium hosted an informative event on Georgia's vibrant entrepreneurial landscape. This gathering, organized in collaboration with the International Center for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) and the Embassy, was part of the EU-funded project "Strengthening the Partnership between Georgia and Belgium by Promoting the Temporary Mobility of Entrepreneurs (EMLINK)".
Ambassador of Georgia to the Kingdom of Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Head of the Georgian Mission to the European Union Vakhtang Makharoblishvili held an introductory meeting with the newly appointed Head of the EU Monitoring Mission in Georgia, Major General Bettina Patricia Boughani.
On 10 April 2024, Georgia's Foreign Affairs Minister, Ilia Darchiashvili, met with the delegation from the Political and Security Committee (PSC) of the Council of the Euoprean Union, who are visiting Georgia for two days on a work trip. The delegation includes representatives of all member states of the European Union, as well as representatives of the European Commission, the European External Action Service (EEAS) and the Delegation of the European Union to Georgia.
On March 25, 2024, the Ambassador of Georgia to the Kingdom of Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Head of the Mission of Georgia to the European Union H.E. Vakhtang Makharoblishvili participated in the Ambassadorial Panel “Road to 2030: the Emerging Contours of EU’s South-Eastern Enlargement” organized by the Georgian Students of the College of Europe.
On March 25, 2024, H.E. Vakhtang Makharoblishvili, Ambassador of Georgia to the Kingdom of Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Head of the Mission of Georgia to the European Union met with H.E. Cáit Moran, Ambassador, Representative of Ireland to the Political and Security Committee of the Council of the European Union.
